It’s back by popular demand with a little twist! Heels & Stretch is a Heels class for those who just want to let loose and feel confident without the fear of being judged because they are not trained dancer.

As a trained ballerina since the age of 6 years old. I have studied and learned many styles as in African, Ballet, Contemporary, Street Jazz, Horton, Limon, Graham, Hip Hop, Tap, Flamenco, Gymnastics and many more. With my knowledge of dance I have created a Heels class catered to BEGINNERS and those wanting to learn their body and have fun while doing it. A class not to learn sex appeal but to embrace the appeal you have and amplify it. Whether it’s a playful side, a serious tone or even the seductive woman inside you, this class will help you use that to your advantage without the stress of feeling overwhelmed with choreography.
