My beginner flexibility series will teach you strength, endurance, mobility, discipline and even better strength! Each week will featuring weekly targets areas while building a safe community within class to learn your body. Staying consistent is a hell of a task but like anything in life let’s make it fun, grab a partner and stay motivated! Flexibility & Strength comes with a lot of patience and technique, so over time I have created little routines, stretches and drills to make your flexibility journey fun, diverse and beneficial through my Flexibility courses! Remember you don’t have to be a dancer to treat your body as one.

No Equipment needed for in person or virtual classes but yoga blocks encouraged.

This is a all levels Heels class in which we vibe out to sexy singles, today's hottest hits or to some old school knockouts.

At the end of each class we end with a Stretching cool down routine.
