This is a beginner class in which we will be learning to find our body's natrual rhythm. Forget the choreo lets learn to flow and build up our femine nature. During class youll learn the fundamentals of strecthing and how important stretching your body will help with overall grace let alone in your heels. Come prepared to try something new and have a good time while doing so.
