About the event
ORLANDO! Are you looking to improve your overall mobility and flexibility? A WELL AS learn to use a STRETCH BAND to do so?
My classes are designed to help you increase your strength, improve your range of motion, and enhance your daily performance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, this class is perfectly suitable for all fitness levels.
My goal for this workshop is to open up your horizon when it comes to stretching especially with using equipment like Stretch Bands as well as gain a sense of community. After class you will be given a chance to stay, connect and network with other like minded individuals who are also into bettering their bodies through flexibility.
NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR CLASS!
