DETRIOT! Are you looking to improve your overall mobility and flexibility? But your hips need some speciel attention?
My classes are designed to help you increase your strength, improve your range of motion, and enhance your daily performance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, this class is perfectly suitable for all fitness levels.
My goal for this workshop is to open up your horizon when it comes to stretching as well as gain a sense of community. After class you will be given a chance to stay, connect and network with other like minded individuals who are also into bettering their bodies through flexibility.
