I’m collaborating with @ Peace in Movement to bring you a partner stretch class you won’t forget. This class is designed to help you improve flexibility, increase range of motion, build strength, and feel more confident in your body through guided, supportive stretching with a friend or partner.
Whether you’re a beginner or already experienced with flexibility training, this class is welcoming to all fitness levels. And don’t have a partner? No problem! You absolutely do not need to bring a partner to join the class. You’ll still be able to, meet new people while fully participating and getting the benefits of the class.
